Matacryl Takes Centre Stage in Ukraine
When selecting an appropriate waterproofing solution for Podilskyi Bridge in Ukraine, the specifiers were looking for a product with a proven track record on steel bridge decks as the previous waterproofing system failed. This led them to discover Matacryl WPM by USL Speciality Products. For more than two decades Matacryl WPM liquid applied waterproofing system has been used to protect many of the world's prestigious bridge projects.

USL Speciality Products European Sales Manager, Michal Grzywaczewski, worked closely with the project team and USL's strategic partner, Trinity Contracting, to develop the waterproofing specifications.
In total over 150,000m² of Matacryl WPM will be applied to the steel bridge deck. The system is developed with a unique PUMA technology that provides rapid and simple application. The system is highly efficient and cures quickly to form a durable, seamless membrane and fully cures in under one hour.
